Hi there! I am Can (jon), a UK-based writer and editor specialising in linguistics, photography, and art.

My work critically engages with visual culture, photography, and film, and I’ve published essays in this area as well as conducted interviews with actors and musicians. I also work as a German–English translator, with editorial experience at the global fashion trend forecasting company WGSN. This site also brings together a selection of my photography.
